National Bank of Egypt provides brief on MENA FCCG during the conference “The Latest Developments of Money Laundering and Financing Terrorism: Cyber Crime and Combating Human Trafficking” in Sharm El Sheikh – Egypt
Mr. Elsharif Abd Elrazek, Chief Executive Officer Compliance and Corporate Governance – National Bank of Egypt attended the UAB Conference “The Latest Developments of Money Laundering and Financing Terrorism: Cyber Crime and Combating Human Trafficking” which took place 11 – 13 July 2019 where he delivered a presentation on human trafficking and smuggling of migrants as well as provided attendees with an update on MENA FCCG key planned actions. The conference gathered key compliance, audit, and credit professionals where they discussed, among other things, the role of financial institutions in tackling human trafficking, the criminal exploitation of new payment methods, and the FATF Guidelines on Virtual Assets.
