MENA FCCG Publishes Article: “Increased Credit Card Cybercrime – A Call for Action”
The article comes in light of significant increase in credit card cybercrime across the MENA region driven by a multitude of factors including the evolution of e-commerce and an increasingly advanced criminal exploitation methods including the emergence of Cybercrime as a Service (CAAS). The article also sheds light on how deployment of AI/ML can support the fight against credit card cybercrime. The article concludes with a call for action via enhanced public private sector collaboration to better connect the dots, understand the cybersecurity ecosystem, and share perspectives and experiences.
